Dear valued customer, We hope your Icandoit clothing purchase brings you immense
joy. However, if you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason, we’re here to assist you with returns. Here’s what you need to know:Â
1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for full-priced items.
2. Ensure the item is in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging.
3. Sale items are not eligible for returns unless faulty.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return:
- Email icandoitwear@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We’ll provide you with a return form to include in your parcel.
- Double-check the condition of your items before sending them back. Please take care when trying on garments as items that are stained with make up or any products will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in original condition.
- Ship your parcel to the provided address via trackable mail.
- Upon receiving your return, we’ll send you a gift card. For faulty items: – Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and an image and video of the fault. – Faults reported after 1 month will not be accepted. – Refunds are only issued for faulty items.
All swimwear must meet the following criteria for acceptance upon return :
- Hygiene sticker must be still attached to the garment (please note: we will not accept if the sticker has been removed and reapplied by you).
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is returned in the original packaging, unwashed, unworn in the original condition. Please take care when trying on garments as items that are stained with make up or any products will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in original condition.
- The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers and online warehouse sales). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in
stock once we receive your return. However, you can place a pre-order which will take approximately 10-14 days to be fulfilled.
